The Shingo Fujii Young Doctors Summit (YDS) is a one-day session held prior to the Global Meeting of the IGCS with the goal of bringing together early career doctors from all over the world for a day of education and networking. The Summit was first offered in 2012 with a very generous donation from IGCS Past President, Prof. Shingo Fujii (Japan). IGCS is committed to continue Prof. Fujii’s vision to provide early career doctors with this unique opportunity to  build relationships with peers from around the globe. Early career doctors from low and lower-middle-income economies may apply for a YDS travel grant to offset travel expenses.
